In a career spanning more than 25 years, Nigel has significant experience in property development and business finance. Nigel has been involved in all facets of development including residential, commercial and industrial property, and has developed an innate ability to transform stakeholders’ visions into successful development projects.

Nigel’s strengths in site acquisition, financial analysis, planning and project management are evident with his involvement in the delivery of signature projects such the Manhattan Apartments in Elizabeth Bay, Star of the Sea Luxury apartments in Terrigal, and the conversion and refurbishment of State Heritage listed residential developments Bomera and Tarana in Potts Point.

Nigel holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting & Finance, and a Masters in Property Development.
